David B. Henry is a retired Vice-Chairman (2001-2016) and CEO (2009-2016) of Kimco Realty Corporation. Before joining Kimco, Mr. Henry was Senior Vice President & Chief Investment Officer at GE Capital Real Estate. During his 23 years with GE Capital he was responsible for pension advisory activities and investment policies and strategies in the US and international markets. Mr. Henry graduated from Bucknell University in 1971 with a BS in Business Administration, and received an MBA in 1973 from the University of Miami.
