Dor Dezalovsky joined ALTO in 2017. Mr. Dezalovsky contributes expertise in various areas of the real estate industry including accounting, tax law, financing, asset management and disposition. Since joining ALTO, he was directly involved in the management of a portfolio consisting of 50 properties, valued in excess of $1 billion and comprised of 10 million SF, as well as in the disposition of 30 properties, valued in excess of $250 million and in the refinance of over $200 million in debt. Prior to joining ALTO, Mr. Dezalovsky spent two years in business development for a private real estate company in Israel, two years with PwC Israel in the international tax department and another year with Shibolet & Co. law firm. Mr. Dezalovsky holds a B.A. in Accounting and LL.B. in Law from Tel Aviv University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), lawyer and a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
